About · 1klyQ

Built for Windows OS
— Maintained. Fixed.

No 14-day waits at a service center for a few minutes' fix. No upselling, no commission, nothing to steer you toward. A plan that keeps the machine maintained so less breaks — and structured, repeatable support when something does, at your place or over a remote session while you keep working.

14 days? for
a few minutes' fix.

The way most people get tech support today is broken by default. Long waits. Lost workdays. Repeated explanations. Same issues coming back.

Authorized service centers turn minutes into weeks

A corrupt Office add-in, a stuck update, or a weird driver conflict is a few minutes' fix for someone who knows where to look. At an authorized service center? It's a 7-to-14-day ticket. The PC sits in a queue. You sit without your PC.

Service-center visits eat two workdays

One day off work or college to drop the PC off. Another day off to pick it up. Two days lost — and you still don't know what they actually did. The receipt says "software issue resolved." That's it.

Tickets, agents, and "have you tried restarting it?"

Big-brand support means call queues, IVR menus, ticket numbers, and re-explaining the problem to a new person every time. Problems get moved between people instead of getting solved.

And the free route isn't free either

Skip the centre and it's usually a YouTube tutorial and a friend who's good with computers. Sometimes that works. When it doesn't, you've got a half-applied fix, a registry someone poked at, and a problem that's now harder to diagnose than it was on day one — because nobody wrote down what was tried.

Nobody shows up until it's already broken

Every option above is reactive by design — they exist to charge you after something fails. Nothing in that model has any interest in your PC staying healthy, because a healthy PC is a customer who doesn't come back. Most of what breaks a Windows machine is preventable, and nobody is paid to prevent it.

Maintained, not just
mended.

A plan exists to stop things breaking in the first place. When something does break anyway, it gets fixed where you are — without your day stopping for it.

01

Scheduled maintenance

The point of a plan. Quarterly on Lite, monthly on Solo and Assist, on-demand on Home+ — updates, cleanup, startup and storage review, defences configured. Most of what would have become a problem gets caught here first.

02

Remote-first, on-the-go

Most software issues don't need anyone touching the machine. A WhatsApp message, a quick AnyDesk session, a screen-share — fixed while you're still at your desk. No PC drop-off. No pickup.

03

Onsite at your place, not ours

If it does need hands on the keyboard, we come to you — within a 7 km radius of Hosur. You don't lose a workday hauling a tower across town. We show up, fix, leave.

04

Root-cause, not patch-and-pray

Fix the actual cause, verify it holds, document what happened. No "try this and call back later." If it comes back, that's our problem — not a new ticket.

A specialist desk.
Not a shop, not a queue.

1klyQ is an independently operated Windows software support service based in Hosur. Small by design — the scope is narrow so the work stays fast.

Independently operated

No franchise, no call centre, no rotating agents. Requests are handled directly by the person who will do the work, which is why nothing needs re-explaining and why the answer on day 300 sounds like the answer on day 1.

Deliberately narrow

Windows, software, subscription-based. Everything outside that is either declined honestly or quoted separately as On-klyQ work. A service that claims everything ends up guessing at most of it — we would rather be the wrong answer occasionally than the vague one every time.

Built on process, not heroics

Intake, diagnosis, verified fix, written record — the same four steps on every request, whether it is a stuck update or a full OS rebuild. Structure is what makes a one-desk operation reliable instead of dependent on a good day.

One desk, stated plainly

A narrow operation means defined hours, a real queue, and honest limits — Mon–Sat, 10 AM – 7 PM, higher tiers served first. What it doesn't mean is guessing: if something falls outside scope or can't be solved in software, you're told that day rather than kept waiting.

It compounds

Year two is faster than year one. We already know your machine, what broke last time, and what was tried — so the diagnosis starts halfway through instead of at zero. That's the part a rotating support desk can never give you, no matter how large it is.
